How do I change the age mode?
Tap the gear on the map, then “Who is playing?” — koala for ages 4–6 (voice-guided, no reading) or kangaroo for 7+.
My child wants to start over
Settings → “Start over”. It is protected by a grown-up question so a child cannot erase progress by accident.
Where is my progress stored?
Only on the device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, so deleting the app deletes the progress — there is no account to restore it from.
A world or the club is locked
Each world opens after its boss match is won. If you already know chess, tap “I know chess basics” on the first screen to open everything at once.
There is no sound
Check Settings → “Sound & voice”, then the device volume and the silent switch. Chezzo speaks with the system voice.
Does it need the internet?
No. Chezzo works fully offline and makes no network requests at all.
